How do we do it?
It’s pretty simple. We work directly with the guys who own and operate the boats so we can give back to our farmers and fishermen, while providing premium seafood to our customers at a reasonable market price.
We don’t hold inventory and we never treat or freeze our products—ever. And because we dock every night with our day’s catch and load it directly onto our distribution truck, it typically delivers within 12 hours of landing. For customers outside of our delivery route, we ship FedEx (priority overnight) to you the night of harvest.
We know we can’t change the whole industry, but here’s our plan. Connect our customers directly to the producers. You get the freshest seafood available and our fishermen and farmers get a better quality of life. Everyone wins.
